Should I use my existing Reddit account or make one for my brand?#

Use your existing account if it has real history on it. A brand new account starts at the bottom of every signal Reddit looks at. Make a new one only if the old one carries things you do not want attached to your product, and warm it up first.

Should I put my link in my Reddit bio?#

It depends on the account. On an aged, healthy account yes, that is how the traffic becomes attributable. On a brand new account or a paused one, not yet: a product name and a link on a no-history account is exactly what gets posts removed.
