Which emails and alerts HeyCatch sends and how to change them.

What emails will I get?#

Your login code and a message when your growth profile is ready. If you have at least one platform connected, a morning digest with today's catches, scheduled posts and tasks. It is skipped on days when there is nothing to say.

What alerts does HeyCatch send?#

Real-time alerts when a post fails to publish, when a social account disconnects, and when the analytics SDK goes quiet.

Can I turn notifications off or change the digest time?#

Yes, both. Categories and the digest time are in settings, and everything is duplicated in the in-app bell.
