Content language
The languages HeyCatch writes in, how to change yours, and what changes when you do.
Can you generate content in my language?#
Yes. HeyCatch creates your content in your project's content language. It is shown in the header of the Product brief page, after your project name and link, and for a project built from a link it is detected from that link when you set up the project.
The languages are Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.
Everything we create for you uses it by default: your documents, your keywords and subreddits, posts, videos and their captions, and blog articles. Blog articles can be set to another language in Article settings. A reply to a Reddit or X thread is written in the language of the thread, which matters once you add more search languages in Catches. The app itself and our emails stay in English.
How do I change my content language?#
On the Product brief page, press the language in the header, after your project name and link, and pick another one. The change is saved but not applied yet. Like any edit to Product brief, Audience or Competitors, it goes in when you press Apply now, or on its own tonight at midnight in your timezone, and applying costs 30 credits once for all your pending edits.
What changes when I change my content language?#
Applying it rebuilds Audience, Competitors, your keywords and your video prompts in the new language, so new posts and videos are made in it. A reply to a catch is still written in the language of its thread. What you already have stays as it was: the website audit and the action plan, and the videos, posts and replies already made.
