Who processes payments?#

Stripe.

There are two processors connected to the account, Stripe as the primary one and Paddle as the backup, and every payment currently runs through Stripe. So a receipt that says Paddle is still us, and a refund is executed on whichever side took the payment.

If a receipt you are holding shows a name you do not recognise, send it to us in this chat and we will match it to your account.

Where do I update my card?#

Settings, then the Billing tab, then Change plan on your plan card. Inside that window, under your current plan, there is a Manage subscription link, and you update your card from there.

What happens if my payment fails?#

Access switches to read-only straight away, with no grace period, and we retry your card in the background for up to 14 days. As soon as it goes through, everything comes back on its own. If it still has not gone through after that, the subscription ends.

I tried to sign up but the payment did not go through and I have no access. Was I charged?#

If the card was declined nothing was taken and the subscription never activated, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. Ask here for a fresh payment link.

My receipt does not say HeyCatch. Who refunds me?#

Send us the receipt in this chat and we will match it to your account.

Payments run through Stripe today, with Paddle connected as a backup, so a receipt naming either of them is still us.

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method it was taken from, executed on whichever side took the payment, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
