# Plans and prices

What HeyCatch costs, the introductory prices, renewals and switching plans.

## What does HeyCatch cost?

Standard pricing is $79.95 per 4 weeks or $159.90 per 8 weeks.

## What are the introductory prices?

$19.95 for 2 weeks, $29.95 for 4 weeks and $49.95 for 8 weeks. They apply to your first payment only.

## What happens after the 2-week trial?

It converts to the 4-week plan at $79.95. The trial is a paid subscription, not a free one.

## Why was I charged $79.95 when I paid less the first time?

The intro price covers your first period only. The intro price, the standard renewal price and the renewal date are all shown at checkout before you pay.

If you did not want the standard price, the moment to cancel was before the introductory period ended. Cancelling now stops future charges but does not by itself refund the one already taken.

## Is HeyCatch billed monthly?

No. Billing runs in periods of 2, 4 or 8 weeks rather than calendar months, so your renewal date moves through the month rather than landing on the same date each time. The lower price you saw at signup is the introductory price, which covers your first period only. Standard prices are on the limits and numbers page.

## Can I switch between the 4-week and 8-week plan?

Yes, in Settings under Change plan.

## Why did the price go up?

It did not go up. The lower price you paid was an introductory price covering your first period only, after which the subscription renews at the standard price for your plan length.

The intro price, the standard price and the renewal date are all shown at checkout before you pay. Cancelling now stops future charges but does not by itself refund a charge already taken.

## I paid 19.95 and then you took 79.95

The first, lower charge was the 2-week introductory price, $19.95, which covers the first period only. It then converts to the standard 4-week plan at $79.95, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

If that is not what you wanted, cancelling stops all future charges. Whether anything can be done about the charge already taken is something a human here will look at with you.

## Is there a free plan?

No. The shortest option is a paid 2-week trial. There is no free tier.
