# Credit packs

Buying extra credits, and asking about a refund on a credit pack.

## How much do credit packs cost?

Three packs.
1. 100 credits, $9.95.
2. 300 credits, $24.95, which saves 17%.
3. 1000 credits, $69.95, which saves 30%.

Each is a one-off charge on the card you already have on file. It is not a subscription and not an add-on to your plan, so nothing renews. Bought credits never expire and work in any project with an active subscription.

If it is your first pack there may be a better one on offer: 200 credits for $9.95 instead of 100. It appears after you first run into a limit, runs for 7 days and can be used once.

Buy from the credits chip in the header of the app, or from Settings, then Credits. The charge appears in your billing history with the rest of your invoices.

## Can I buy extra credits, edits or re-runs?

Yes. Everything you pay for inside a project runs on credits now, and credit packs are on sale in the app: 100 credits for $9.95, 300 for $24.95, and 1000 for $69.95. Buy them from the credits chip in the header of the app, or from Settings, then Credits.

A pack is a one-off charge on the card you already have on file, not a second subscription. Bought credits never expire and can be spent in any project with an active subscription. If it is your first pack you may see a better offer, 200 credits for $9.95 instead of 100, which runs for 7 days after you first hit a limit and can be used once.

Catches are the exception. They cannot be bought with credits at any price; they refill on their own the next day. See the Credits article for the full price list.

## Can I get a refund on a credit pack?

Ask here, or email support@heycatch.ai, and a person reads the case and decides. Nobody in this chat approves or refuses one, and nothing said here commits us to an amount.

Our published policy at heycatch.ai/refund covers packs: a pack of purchased credits is refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase, provided no purchased credits have been spent since that purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been spent, the pack is non-refundable under that policy. A person checks the account against it before anything is refunded.

Tell us which pack it is, roughly when you bought it, and whether any of it has been spent.
